Machine performance ¶meter
1. The machine adopts synchronous control technique, both welding times and seperate welding are controlled by digital PLC system with touch screen, so that the operation is much more intelliget, reasonable and has a compression, sub-welding characteristics.
2. The aircraft welding power is from servo motor, welding speed is much faster and more stable.
3. welding pressure is provided by Nitrogen gas spring, which is easy to adjust quickly, and the pressure is more evenly.
4. Line wire and crss wire are from coils. CNC sets mesh length, automatic cutting, dropping, arresting and output, which maximized saves labor and greatly increased production.
